The Act interface.

Act

An Act is where you compose and plan all elements of a performance in a Timeline. This is where the majority of the work is done.

Timeline

The Timeline consists of a Ruler, showing you the timecode, a Playhead, showing you where you are in the Act and Cues that are added on Tracks. Scroll with the mouse, play and pause, or use the arrow keys to move through the Timeline.

Scrollbar

Below the Timeline is the Scrollbar, a mini timeline with an overview of the entire length of the Act, which you can click and drag to scrub through, or jump to a particular point in the Act.

Add Panel

At the bottom is the Add Panel, displaying buttons that change dynamically depending on which type of Track is selected, and let you add Cues to the Timeline for the selected Track.

Control Panel

Below the Add Panel is the Control Panel with controls for creating your Act. When your cursor is in the Control Panel, holding the Shift key will reveal even more controls.
